Nchimunya is a Partner in the firm and Head of the Dispute Resolution Department.

He is an advocate of the superior courts of Zambia with over 8 years of experience. He has represented high-profile individuals, multinational corporations, and institutions in matters including commercial disputes, land disputes, and employment and labour matters. He has also defended corporations in regulatory disputes within the energy sector and handled complex divorce, custody, and property settlement cases.

Nchimunya provides strategic advice throughout the dispute process, helping clients decide whether to litigate or arbitrate. He holds an LLM in Commercial Law from the University of Zambia and an LLB from the University of Lusaka. He also serves on several committees of the Law Association of Zambia (LAZ).
