Nchimunya is a top performing graduate of the University of Lusaka (UNILUS) and a candidate of a master’s degree in Commercial Law at the University of Zambia.
He is an advocate of the superior courts of Zambia and leads the dispute resolution department of the Firm. He has vast experience in representing high profile individuals, multinational corporations and institutions in disputes involving various aspects of the law including commercial disputes, property law, employment and labour. He has also previously defended various corporations in disputes before regulators in the energy sector.
Nchimunya is motivated by the need to grow the legal profession and advance the delivery of justice. He is also an active member of the Law Association of Zambia (LAZ) serving on various committees.
